Fund Order Services (Dynamic Cash Allocation) Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset allocation services for complex portfolio types, including target dates, multi-manager, and fund-of-funds
• Report allocation activity to trading partners, clients, and transfer agents for trade execution
• Research and resolve inquiries and reconciliation issues with custodians and trading partners
• Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines
• Train, develop, and motivate staff, including completing performance appraisals
• Analyze internal processes to automate, reduce risk, and streamline workflows
• Assist with client reporting, new client relationship conversions, and annual client audits
• Test and implement enhancements to asset allocation applications in coordination with IT and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 6-8 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to understand and contribute to documented business and technical system requirements
