Fund Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of wires, capital calls, and distributions across the fund portfolio
• Coordinate with fund administrators and custodians to reconcile positions and resolve discrepancies
• Perform bank account reconciliations and track fund cash flows
• Manage the line of credit lifecycle, including documentation, advances, and repayments
• Track, calculate, and reconcile fund fees, expenses, and carried interest accruals
• Serve as an operational partner to wealth advisors and investors to resolve inquiries
• Document and maintain operational procedures for core fund workflows

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or alternative asset management
• Working knowledge of private fund structures, capital calls, and distribution waterfalls
• Strong reconciliation skills and experience working with large data sets
• Proven track record of high-level client service
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across a portfolio of funds
• Systematic thinker with a focus on process documentation
• Active and curious AI practitioner interested in workflow automation
