Fund Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fund operations including product subscriptions/redemptions, fund transfers, fee payments, NAV calculation, and information disclosure
• Handle fund establishment, filing, and changes, including opening and adjusting trading accounts and coordinating with custodians and brokers
• Organize, summarize, and analyze fund operational data, and participate in the construction and optimization of operational processes and automated systems
• Participate in fund information disclosure, regulatory reporting, and compliance management, assisting with regulatory inspections, audits, and risk control
• Interface with investors regarding operational matters and prepare/publish monthly reports and fund announcements

Requirements

• Full-time bachelor's degree or above
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Meticulous, proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Data processing and analysis capabilities, with experience in databases or programming languages
• Fund practitioner qualification or experience in financial institutions is preferred
