Fund Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle fund financial model, including capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and NAV
• Run fund-level return scenarios (IRR, MOIC) and perform sensitivity analysis to support risk management and Investment Committee presentations
• Integrate project-level financial models into fund models to ensure consistency across consolidated reporting
• Manage capital tracking, including LP commitments, liquidity monitoring, and cash flow planning
• Maintain accurate waterfall models for carried interest distribution in alignment with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPA)
• Prepare valuations in collaboration with the Investment team and support the Accounts team with related queries
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to respond to LP queries, DDQs, and reporting requirements
• Liaise with administrators, legal, tax, and investment teams to ensure accurate modeling inputs

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in a fund finance function within a private fund manager (e.g., infrastructure, private equity, real estate) or Big 4 infrastructure experience
• Expert Excel modeling skills, specifically regarding fund waterfalls, capital accounts, and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of fund structures, LPA terms, and private fund economics
• Familiarity with IFRS/US GAAP for funds and valuation methodologies
• Experience with portfolio monitoring systems or fund administration platforms such as eFront, Investran, or Allvue
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACA, or CFA qualification
