Fund Delivery Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage new projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision
• Participate in scoping solutions, including development of business requirements and translation to technical needs
• Gather and analyze requirements during the discovery phase and provide recommendations for scope and solutions
• Manage resources to meet business requirements and achieve stakeholder objectives
• Maintain project tracking tools including Confluence, Airtable, SharePoint, and Salesforce
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with management
• Communicate project status proactively to stakeholders and manage expectations
• Maintain accurate, detailed notes and follow-ups during client calls
• Support business development and pre-sales activities by drafting presentations and providing domain expertise
• Apply AI tools to accelerate routine workstreams such as drafting notes and summarizing status

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or operations within financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline
• Experience with project management applications like Jira, Asana, or Monday
• Exceptional critical thinking and team-based problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated AI fluency and comfort using AI-assisted tools in daily work

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a small to mid-sized firm or startup environment
