Fund Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple external client and investment manager relationships
• Lead and oversee a team of client service representatives
• Provide day-to-day management and successful oversight of assigned accounts
• Act as a client advocate to ensure superior satisfaction and issue resolution
• Drive execution of initiatives by working closely with internal teams and clients
• Facilitate communication between Client Service Operations and other business units
• Manage client expectations and support project management for client-related initiatives
• Oversee work allocation, process improvement, and staff training

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required
• 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Knowledge of computer systems, financial operations, and/or the mutual fund industry
