Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Shared Services and fund accounting teams to communicate fund data and address requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end LP servicing, including centralized request handling, high-quality investor reporting, and adherence to SLA and compliance standards.
• Serve as the owner for shared mailbox scoping, including organizing walkthrough support and coordinating timely responses with fund accounting.
• Prepare fund-level cash flow and IRR reports for the marketing team.
• Proactively coordinate with Client Services, Compliance, and Due Diligence teams to resolve LP queries and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Assist with process improvement projects to implement best practices across Fund Accounting teams.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, preferably in public accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in fund accounting or the investment management industry.
• Strong knowledge of private equity and investment funds.
• Proven experience in LP reporting and managing LP requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reach conclusions under tight time constraints.
