Fund Accounting Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund accounting activities, ensuring NAV accuracy and timely calculations.
• Review and validate daily activities to ensure adherence to financial controls and SLAs.
• Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and issues with internal teams or external clients.
• Provide accurate management reporting and maintain issue logs under moderate supervision.
• Coordinate the flow of critical information to relevant parties and maintain appropriate records of daily and monthly activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work North America shifts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial services and investment products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25% if required.
