Fund Accounting (Asset Management)

Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting operations including fund setup, termination, distributions, investment instructions, and financial closing
• Review tax filing documents such as VAT and corporate income tax
• Issue and manage tax invoices and receipts for fund management fees
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders related to funds
• Perform other ancillary tasks related to fund operations

Requirements

• Under 5 years of experience in asset management, general administrative management firms, accounting firms, or Property Management (PM)
• Background or experience in real estate accounting is preferred
• English communication skills are preferred
