Fund Accounting and Administration Vice President

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff members including Associates, Senior Associates, Officers, and AVPs
• Manage client relationships with both client personnel and fund investors
• Review quarterly and annual financial work paper packages, including portfolio schedules, accruals, and PCAP allocations
• Oversee the review of quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes
• Review capital calls, distributions, and quarterly management fee calculations
• Coordinate annual audits with accounting firms
• Review and prepare waterfall and capital account allocations
• Ensure compliance with investment fund legal documents and limited partnership agreements
• Manage internal workflows, including offshore hubs, to meet client deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 12+ years of general ledger accounting or audit experience
• 6+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of limited partnership agreements
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet client deliverables
