Functional Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead dialogue with business stakeholders to understand needs, goals, and priorities
• Take responsibility for functional solution design in Salesforce projects
• Facilitate workshops for process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Act as a functional mentor and sparring partner for other consultants
• Ensure quality and best practices in all functional deliveries
• Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations and implementation
• Serve as the bridge between business and IT throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support rollout, training, and change management for clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Architect, or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and multiple Salesforce products
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, specification, and solution design
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Agentforce Specialist)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong academic results
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Agentforce, and data-driven intelligent solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams across different geographic regions
