Functional PLM Architect

About the Company

Avenir Conseil is a subsidiary of the ALTEN group, specializing in the digital transformation of major industrial players through the deployment of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops to gather processes, needs, and pain points
• Model business processes (BPMN) and design functional architecture and data models for target solutions (PLM/ALM)
• Design and functionally define the interface between PLM and ALM solutions
• Ensure the consistency and performance of processes and interfaces
• Write architecture documents and functional specifications
• Provide support and advice to project and business teams
• Participate in tender responses and technical client meetings
• Contribute to peer development through knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering or Embedded Systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience with PLM tools
• Proficiency in PLM solutions such as Dassault Systèmes (3DEXPERIENCE), Siemens (Teamcenter), or PTC (Windchill)
• Knowledge of ALM solutions such as Tuleap, Polarion, Codebeamer, or IBM Doors
• Mastery of BPMN process modeling and Agile methodology
• Strong understanding of industrial product development processes
• Fluent English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• End-to-end PLM solution deployment experience
