Functional Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional requirements gathering and provide input to design
• Complete and maintain configuration management and release management activities
• Develop test scripts and coordinate/execute low side build, regression, high side internal, and user acceptance testing
• Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution
• Manage a small team of functional resources
• Provide functional support for deployment activities
• Serve as a backfill for other functional team members as needed
• Coordinate baseline change documentation reviews
• Develop training and instructional materials to supplement baseline change deployments

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Minimum 2 years experience in conducting internal and stakeholder test events
• Minimum 2 years in procurement software
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Experience in configuration management
• Experience developing or reviewing functional system documentation (requirements, design, training)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Experience briefing executive meetings and stakeholder groups
