Functional Lead - SAP SCM

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM, WM, and secondary supply chain modules such as SAP PP/QM.
• Design, customize, configure, and test optimized SAP solutions.
• Identify functional gaps and issues, providing effective work-around solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to collect and document business requirements.
• Manage high-priority issues, changes, and multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP functional roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Warehouse Management processes.
• Proficiency in MRP, Release Strategy, and Workflow.
• Experience with IDOC and EDI interfaces.
• Understanding of Sub-Contracting, Intercompany/Intracompany transfers, and Physical Inventory/Cycle Counting.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with PP, QM, FI, and SD modules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international TAX configurations.
• Knowledge of SAP Roles and Authorizations.
• Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert in a hybrid work environment.
