Functional ERP Leader OTC LATAM

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of JD Edwards ERP for Order Management and Invoicing modules within the LATAM region.
• Drive the process of cloning existing applications to establish a new, independent technology landscape for Vantive.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations) to ensure smooth integration of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Partner with third-party support and delivery teams to manage system enhancements and resolve JD Edwards application issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize workflows to ensure scalable and adaptable solutions.
• Support users during post go-live hyper-care and manage system upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop documentation including design specifications, SOPs, gap analyses, and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with JD Edwards ERP, specifically in Order Management and Invoicing modules.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot JD Edwards systems and integrations.
• Experience with JDE 9.2 or later versions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience in cloning and owning applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of financial processes, including accounts receivable and invoicing.
• Project management experience.
