Functional EAM/GMAO Expert

Responsibilities

• Define business strategies and operational challenges through workshops
• Map existing processes, data, and roles to define target operational states
• Participate in building client roadmaps, including priorities and KPIs
• Design innovative solutions following product standards
• Train key users and support change management
• Conduct veille and innovation in Maintenance 5.0, IoT, AI, and Cloud

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in EAM/GMAO software integration projects
• Significant experience in maintenance business processes (scoping, multi-site deployment)
• Mastery of at least one solution: IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, or Carl Source
• Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IoT, predictive AI, and Cloud (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or ITIL methodologies
