About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and administration of the Workday HCM product, including Core HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user queries to ensure minimal business disruption
- Support Workday business processes by monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing configurations to meet evolving business needs
- Participate in testing activities across releases and changes
- Contribute to Workday release management by assessing the impact of biannual releases and supporting feature adoption
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, configuration design, and user guidance materials
- Adhere to established change management processes to ensure all system updates are documented, tested, and deployed according to governance standards
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Workday HCM in a delivery, optimisation, or support role
- Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business process frameworks, and reporting (e.g., calculated fields)
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Experience in eliciting, clarifying, and validating business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Workday certifications
