Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of emerging trends in technology driving investment banking and capital markets innovation
• Monitor and analyze various Front Office systems, mappings, and regulatory changes from legacy to cloud
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and provide strategic guidance
• Perform data analysis and modeling across various datasets from different sources
• Build documentation for transformations, migrations, and solution assets to drive innovation

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services
• Thorough knowledge of capital markets concepts including front, middle, and back office
• Experience with securities servicing, trading, risk management, or compliance
• Proven experience working on investment banking projects
• Robust experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Clearing & Settlement processes
• Exposure to Risk management (credit, market, operational) and Compliance management (AML/KYC)
• Bachelor's Degree in CS from Tier I/II university; MBA from top-tier B-school preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
• Hands-on quantitative experience with analytic tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with global clients
