Functional Consultant, SAP Payroll (UK & Ireland)

Responsibilities

• Lead or support workshops to define and document SuccessFactors module configurations, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring successful transition to maintenance teams upon project completion.
• Organize and support data mapping, cleansing, and transformation activities in collaboration with clients and implementation teams.
• Support technical resources in defining integration requirements and delivering integration solution workshops.
• Execute agreed testing protocols and ensure all identified issues are resolved prior to customer testing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR services delivery.
• Demonstrable experience implementing SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products.
• Proven track record with at least one end-to-end deployment project involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.
• SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central Payroll (Employee Central certification is a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead engaging customer workshops.
