Functional Consultant, SAP Payroll

Responsibilities

• Lead or support workshops to define and document SuccessFactors module configurations
• Balance business, technical, and functional requirements to ensure solution compatibility
• Manage data mapping and support client data cleansing and transformation processes
• Support technical resources in defining integration requirements and delivering solution workshops
• Execute testing activities and ensure all issues are resolved prior to customer testing
• Ensure successful transition of completed changes or ticket closures to maintenance teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR services delivery
• Demonstrable experience implementing SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products
• Experience with at least one end-to-end deployment project involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll
• In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll
• SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central Payroll (Employee Central certification is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting customer meetings and workshops
