Functional Consultant (Finance)

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects with a focus on Finance modules.
• Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support discovery sessions, workshops, and process analysis activities.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to support customizations and integrations.
• Conduct functional testing, support system validation, and assist clients during UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Travel frequently to the UK for on-site workshops, design sessions, and client-facing activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).
• Experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills for working with international and multicultural teams.
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently to the UK for project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certification: MB-310 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
