Functional Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale transformation initiatives by bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Elicit and translate business requirements into clear functional outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional stakeholders
• Map current and future-state processes using BPMN or Visio
• Contribute to functional solution design across complex enterprise environments
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
• Support traceability, testing, and business readiness activities throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programs
• Strong functional analysis capability, including requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience in process mapping and modelling (e.g., as-is/to-be, BPMN, Visio)
• Demonstrated ability to run workshops and engage diverse stakeholders
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Exposure to complex system landscapes, such as BSS/OSS
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
