Functional Area Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on intelligence and non-U.S. data to support analytic studies and the implementation of intel concepts.
• Work with the Intelligence Community to acquire, evaluate, and verify accurate non-U.S. forces, units, equipment (FUE), and infrastructure data.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance methodologies to capture, organize, and present current and future year non-U.S. FUE databases.
• Research allied and partner data to document availability, constraints, and data pedigree.
• Update data products quarterly and create, transform, and tailor datasets for models, simulations, and rapid assessments.
• Establish collaborative relationships with data providers and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy.
• Suggest improvements to data collection and verification methodologies to automate or streamline review functions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years of experience in military operations research, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), force/capability development, or intelligence analysis.
• 8 years of experience working with DOD stakeholders to collect, maintain, and refine complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
