Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing requests and support the timely deployment and re-deployment of resources across projects and departments
• Track employee availability, bench status, and upcoming roll-offs to support optimal allocation
• Maintain and update internal resource allocation tools, dashboards, and RM MIS reports
• Support regular reporting activities including utilization reports, risk logs, capacity planning, and resource status updates
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to maintain resource plans, contracts, and billing
• Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, deployment discussions, and governance sessions
• Validate and track timesheets, SOWs, and other project-related documentation
• Maintain centralized project documentation such as project charters, meeting minutes, and RACI charts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in coordination, resource management, PMO support, or similar roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in MIS reporting and Power BI dashboards
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting
