Functional Analyst D365 F&O

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, implementation, and evolution of D365 F&O to optimize business processes
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices
• Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities via D365 F&O
• Monitor Microsoft updates and product roadmaps to define adoption plans
• Design, supervise, and secure integrations between D365 F&O and other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Maintain system performance and upgrades in collaboration with the D365 Analyst
• Act as a D365 F&O expert by providing training, documentation, and user support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Dynamics AX)
• Proficiency in core D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Production)
• Proven experience in design, development, integration, and deployment of D365 F&O solutions
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, V-model)
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of X++ or Azure
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications
