Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain solid relationships with SMEs, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues related to banking products and services
• Collaborate with the SME Commercial Executive to promote and sell financial products and services
• Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team
• Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, assisting with inquiries and specific needs
• Monitor the performance of the assigned portfolio

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales
• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
