- Collaborate with Payroll Executives to facilitate information and resolve issues to ensure smooth application processing
- Respond to client inquiries regarding their application status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and attention
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of sales and promotion techniques
- Previous experience in a banking institution (required)
