Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and increase the primary client base.
• Manage commercial relationships with small businesses to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
• Perform financial advisory services, evaluating proposals and offering diverse banking products and services.
• Conduct credit evaluations and financial statement analysis to identify client needs and risks.
• Execute immediate collection and recovery procedures for clients with overdue products.
• Identify and manage potential commercial zones and networks, such as merchant associations and suppliers, to increase business opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
• Utilize banking tools including Bantotal, Intranet, and commercial intelligence databases to manage the client portfolio.

Requirements

• Technical degree or university graduate in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Personal Banking, Microenterprise Commercial Advisory, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit evaluation policies, and collection management.
• Proficiency in Bantotal, Intranet, Management Control Modules, and ISTS.
