Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a premium banking portfolio by strengthening relationships with assigned clients.
• Identify client needs and provide expert financial advisory through various products and services.
• Execute sales and service processes to meet business objectives and maximize portfolio value.
• Perform active cross-selling and identify new business opportunities within the segment.
• Provide continuous follow-up and post-sales support to ensure long-term client loyalty.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal credit, risk, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
• Refer appropriate opportunities to specialized segments, such as investment officers or business managers.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Officer (PBO), Business Officer, or similar role involving portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, financial statement analysis, and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Experience in personal and premium banking products.
