Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and leverage banking systems and knowledge.
• Maximize bank profitability through commercial management, sales, and financial advisory services for current and potential clients.
• Evaluate client needs to offer appropriate products and services while minimizing financial risk for the bank.
• Utilize commercial management tools, including databases and active campaigns, to manage client portfolios effectively.
• Perform cross-selling activities and implement strategies to prevent fund withdrawals.
• Execute prevention, recovery, and collection tasks through diligent portfolio follow-up.
• Apply credit, risk, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, including "Know Your Customer" (KYC) protocols.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and claims through appropriate banking channels.
• Ensure all operations comply with internal regulations, legal provisions, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Completed University or Technical degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Service, Retail Banking sales force, or a similar profile.
