Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and leverage banking systems and knowledge.
• Maximize bank profitability through commercial management, sales, and financial advisory services.
• Evaluate potential and existing clients to offer products and services that meet their financial needs while minimizing risk.
• Utilize commercial management tools, including Counselor, commercial windows, and commercial intelligence databases, to manage client portfolios.
• Perform cross-selling activities and implement retention strategies to prevent fund withdrawals.
• Execute prevention, recovery, and collection tasks through diligent portfolio follow-up.
• Apply credit, risk, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, including "Know Your Customer" (KYC) protocols.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints through appropriate banking channels.
• Ensure all operations comply with internal regulations, legal provisions, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Completed University or Technical degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales and Service Advisor (Platform), Retail Personal Banking Executive, or a similar profile.
