Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and leverage bank systems and knowledge.
• Maximize bank profitability through commercial management, financial advisory, and active client contact.
• Evaluate potential and current clients to offer products and services that meet their financial needs while minimizing risk.
• Utilize commercial management tools, including Counselor, commercial windows, and commercial intelligence databases.
• Manage client portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities and prevent fund withdrawals.
• Perform prevention, recovery, and collection tasks through adequate portfolio follow-up.
• Apply credit, risk, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, including "Know Your Customer" protocols.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints through appropriate banking channels.
• Ensure all operations comply with internal norms, legal provisions, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Completed University or Technical degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales and Service Advisor or within a Retail Banking sales force.
