Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small business clients through active commercial management and financial advisory.
• Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and increase the use of bank products and services.
• Evaluate client performance and identify future needs and risks to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Perform credit evaluations, financial statement analysis, and manage collection processes for overdue accounts.
• Identify and develop new commercial zones and networks, such as merchant associations and suppliers, to increase business opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Utilize banking tools including Bantotal, Intranet, and commercial intelligence databases to maximize portfolio management.

Requirements

• Technical degree or university graduate in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Officer in Personal Banking, Microenterprise Commercial Advisor, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and evaluation.
• Expertise in credit evaluation policies and collection management.
• Proficiency in Bantotal, Intranet, ISTS, and Management Control Modules.
