About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of full stack developers and guide them through development cycles
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure applications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Design frontend components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and REST APIs
- Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and microservice architecture
- Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional coordination
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and support CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- 8–10 years of full stack development experience
- At least 4 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and Microservices
- Proficiency with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Experience with Docker, Git, Jenkins, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and system architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT
- Experience in enterprise software or SaaS application development
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or TypeScript-based backend frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps and automated testing pipelines
