Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack product experiences and ship scalable web applications across the frontend and backend
• Create high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like Next.js
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, data models, and integrations
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered systems like ChatGPT and Claude into core user workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Operations teams
• Refactor systems to reduce technical debt and improve testing and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
• Strong experience with TypeScript across the frontend and backend
• Expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js
• Backend engineering experience with Node.js, APIs, and service-oriented architecture
• Experience working with AI/LLM models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Experience with AWS and serverless services (including AWS CDK)
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL
• Strong familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
• Experience building scalable web applications or distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at an early-stage startup
• Experience with health, benefits, insurance, financial services, or sensitive data
