Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications that power CLEAR's identity platform
• Own projects end-to-end from technical discovery and architecture through implementation and rollout
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Operations to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Drive engineering excellence by improving system reliability, performance, testing, and observability
• Contribute to architectural decisions to improve scalability, security, and maintainability
• Participate in thoughtful code reviews and technical collaboration

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Proficiency with Python, React, and TypeScript
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven history of owning complex, cross-functional projects from idea to production
• Excellent communication skills for influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders
