Fullstack Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microfrontend architectures using React to enable independent team deployments.
• Lead frontend development with a focus on performance optimization, accessibility (A11y), and SEO best practices.
• Build and maintain responsive UIs using React and TypeScript, optimizing for Core Web Vitals.
• Develop .NET backend services (ASP.NET Core) to support frontend applications via RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Architect cross-cutting concerns including authentication, authorization, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Mentor developers on frontend technologies, .NET development, and cloud deployment patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a fullstack or senior frontend role.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience implementing microfrontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, Web Components).
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including SSR, SSG, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Hands-on experience developing .NET backend services (ASP.NET Core).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with version control, frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Next.js), and testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React meta-frameworks like Next.js or Remix.
• Expertise in state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Familiarity with design systems and component library maintenance.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Exposure to advanced .NET patterns like CQRS, Event Sourcing, or DDD.
• Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or generative AI integration.
