Fullstack GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and own the full-stack technical infrastructure behind Phia’s GTM engine, including internal tools, partner dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Act as a Forward Deployed Engineer for the revenue team, turning operational pain points into scalable technical systems.
• Develop AI-first brand intelligence systems and editorial automation pipelines to match brand priorities with opportunities in real time.
• Design sales and partnerships automation to enable a lean team to operate at scale, including smart outreach and partner lifecycle workflows.
• Wire together key data sources—including affiliate networks, CRM, and product analytics—into a real-time GTM brain.
• Identify manual processes and automate them thoughtfully, reliably, and elegantly using AI and data integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally in full-stack, growth, or internal tools within a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with Node.js, React, and database management.
• Proven experience building internal tools, dashboards, automation pipelines, and APIs.
• Strong backend fundamentals and the ability to design complex data models and integrations.
• Ability to work onsite in our New York City office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Clay, or Airtable.
• Experience with affiliate, e-commerce, or marketplace data pipelines.
• Proficiency using AI development tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to accelerate building and debugging.
