Fullstack Engineer, Scale

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-tenant infrastructure powering global companies like Rippling, Navan, and SHEIN
• Architect systems that aggregate requests while meeting enterprise-grade SLAs for availability, latency, and throughput
• Own cross-domain product features including tax systems, compliance-driven flows, and monetization tools
• Design technical integrations for enterprise prospects to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Balance performance optimization with development velocity based on business impact

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript
• Expertise in system and component design, specifically balancing flexibility and simplicity
• Proven ability to design for scale, maintainability, and production excellence
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills spanning Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries
• Background in high-scale performance tuning (e.g., 100k+ QPS or strict latency SLAs)
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation
• Experience with cross-region deployment or data residency compliance
