Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Fortify's core financing platform
• Own the architecture and launch of new products, such as financial aid tools
• Improve the online financing application experience for students
• Develop tools for financial literacy and post-graduation job placement
• Participate in design and product work within a small, autonomous team

Requirements

• Experience with React, Python, and Postgres
• Interest in fintech, capital markets, and payment processing
• Ability to work with significant autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant ownership over production code at a tech startup
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Interest in product design and user interviewing
