About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and evolve backend services and APIs
- Integrate and manage third-party services including payments, KYC, messaging, and analytics
- Work across the stack to support frontend integration and user experiences
- Design data models, business logic, and service workflows
- Participate in architectural and technical decisions
- Write clean, maintainable code and basic tests
- Debug production issues and improve system reliability
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Proficiency with Hibernate and REST APIs
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases
- Familiarity with Git and basic cloud concepts
- Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular, Material UI, CSS3, and HTML5
- Basic understanding of security concepts such as JWT and OAuth
