Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for Research scientists to automate operations and implement scientific platforms.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to translate them into software architecture and design specifications.
• Implement applications and modules, including custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure high software quality.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for architecture, deployment, and disaster recovery.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system health and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or Java full stack programming.
• Proficiency in JavaScript UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or ExtJS.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Databricks).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience implementing and supporting biopharma scientific software platforms.
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Databricks, or Kafka.
• Experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, ECS).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
