Fullstack Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the Blaxel Console product experience from end to end, from concept to polished UI to merged PR
• Use AI coding tools to translate designs into the front-end codebase and ship to production
• Monitor user and AI agent usage via sessions and data to proactively propose UX evolutions
• Measure the impact of shipped improvements on activation and platform usage
• Build and maintain the design system, component library, and interaction patterns
• Raise the design craft bar across the console, onboarding, docs, and marketing site

Requirements

• Exceptional design taste and craft
• Solid front-end fundamentals including TypeScript, React, and CSS
• Ability to own and navigate a production codebase
• Deep fluency with AI tools used as a force multiplier for design and engineering
• Product-minded approach with comfort using analytics and session replays
• High ownership and comfort with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup
