Fullstack AI Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features from database schema and Snowflake models through to the React UI
• Design robust back-end services using Python or Node.js to support data ingestion and high-concurrency reporting
• Design and optimize tables, views, and complex query workloads in Snowflake
• Build scalable, maintainable data transformation pipelines
• Leverage LLMs to transform workplace metrics into actionable executive summaries
• Implement safeguards and validation checks for AI-generated outputs

Requirements

• Deep production experience with React and Python or Java
• Strong advanced SQL skills
• Architectural experience with Snowflake and RDS
• Proven track record of optimizing data transformation layers using dbt
• Experience with AWS and Docker
• Heavy use of AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Copilot
• Focus on highly tested, maintainable code with strict type-safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with vector embeddings, semantic search, or RAG frameworks
