Full Vehicle Crash Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support build, integration, simulation, and crash management in full vehicle design and development for automotive manufacturers
• Identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives in collaboration with clients
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project participants and share status updates
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports while performing quality reviews
• Manage offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in automotive crash simulation
• 5+ years of experience in full vehicle simulation including dummies and airbags
• Proficiency in CAE software: ANSA, LS-DYNA, META-Post, and Animator
• Experience in project management, client relations, and handling global teams
• Business level English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with Teamcenter
• Knowledge of basic CAE and CAE result interpretation
• Knowledge of NCAP, JNCAP, FMVSS, and IIHS standards
