About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, release, and maintain online casino brands using a white-label platform
- Maintain and improve existing frontend templates and create new ones
- Support and extend Directus CMS for stable content operations
- Contribute to and maintain scalable backend services for high-traffic environments
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from concept to production
- Lead a distributed, asynchronous team of developers
- Ensure solid test coverage and reliability across all work
- Make technical decisions regarding React/Next.js frontend and middleware layers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in backend development
- Strong experience with Next.js, Tailwind, and TypeScript for frontend development
- Strong experience with SQL
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Node, GraphQL, or Vue
- Experience with online casino development
- Knowledge of Redis, Bun Runtime, or RabbitMQ
