Responsibilities
- Design, code, and manage large-scale, highly available services
- Lead decision-making and design of APIs, mechanisms, and abstractions
- Build new features from UI to DB
- Write high-quality functional code for both backend and frontend
- Perform code reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide feedback
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering
- Proven experience leading engineers or technical initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in .NET and React development
- Experience architecting scalable and high-performance distributed systems
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch
- Experience mentoring developers and promoting engineering best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI technologies, including LLMs or AI agents
- Experience managing developers, including coaching and performance feedback
