Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product improvement by actively caring about the product and its users beyond code implementation
• Create performant, secure, and scalable services for a global, multi-tenant, real-time platform
• Continuously improve and automate the monitoring and deployment of cloud services
• Support contact center agents worldwide by developing high-concurrency platform features

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development, including at least 3 years of frontend experience
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript (Vue.js or React)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging mechanisms like Kafka or SNS
• Understanding of data management and cache layers including Redis and Aurora
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to responsibly utilize AI tools to enhance development productivity and quality
• Experience with platform analytics, logging, and monitoring tools like Grafana or New Relic
• Direct experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
