Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug features and services that support wealth and investment management workflows
• Implement and maintain backend APIs and web UI components using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and SQL
• Create and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and UI tests
• Participate in peer code reviews to improve software quality, readability, and maintainability
• Contribute to the Agile delivery process through standups, planning, and retrospectives

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and relational databases (SQL)
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, or Kafka
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
• Experience with engineering tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or the Temporal workflow engine
• Background in financial services, specifically portfolio management or trading solutions
• MS degree in a technical field
