Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, deploy, and maintain complex software applications within cloud infrastructure to defend against emerging cybersecurity threats.
• Design systems to meet information protection needs and assess system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with mission customers and Systems Engineers to derive software requirements and performance interfaces.
• Create software interfaces and dashboards.
• Participate in Agile and SAFE scrum cycles, including design sessions, peer reviews, and testing support.
• Recommend new technologies and process improvements for continuous development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience working within an IC Agency mission environment using tools to generate threat intelligence.
• Proficiency with Linux OS, Web App Frameworks (e.g., Svelte, Vue, Angular), JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Elastic Search, Docker, and Python.
• Experience with Agile and SAFE methodologies.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to automate workflows and processes using scripts and tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices regarding intelligence gathering and threat analytics.
• Strong ability to independently acquire new technical skills and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and customers.
